Description
This ten-lecture series is designed to provide a structured exploration
of how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming modern supply chain
systems. The program aims to equip participants with a comprehensive
understanding of both the theoretical foundations of supply chain
management as well as applied methodologies of AI, focusing primarily on
supervised learning (SL) and reinforcement learning (RL), as well as
their integration into complex operational environments.
By the end of the series, participants will have developed a strong
understanding of how different AI paradigms---Supervised Learning,
Reinforcement Learning, and Agentic AI---can be systematically applied
to enhance efficiency, adaptability, and intelligence across all levels
of supply chain management. They will be able to interpret how
predictive, prescriptive, and autonomous decision-making models interact
to form agent-based, self-optimizing ecosystems capable of dynamically
coordinating supply, production, and logistics in real time.
