Admission Process

The admission process for the public Master’s program “AI for Sustainable Business Development” is conducted through a public call for expressions of interest, which is posted on the program’s website and the websites of the collaborating departments/institutions. The call details the criteria, the required supporting documents, and the submission deadlines. Applicants must submit their application electronically, accompanied by the necessary documents (degree or certificate of completion, detailed transcript, language proficiency certificates, resume, and any additional information specified in the call).

The Joint Academic Committee of the MSc verifies that candidates meet the formal requirements and evaluates their application files according to the defined admission criteria. The procedure includes inviting candidates to an interviewto further assess their motivation, suitability, and ability to follow a demanding, distance-learning, and international postgraduate programme.

The final selection is made by the Joint Academic Committee, which prepares a list of admitted candidates and, where applicable, a reserve list. The results are approved by the competent bodies of the partner institutions and officially announced via the programme’s website, while successful applicants are also informed individually and receive detailed instructions regarding enrolment and the start of studies.

In view of the joint nature of the programme, the admission procedure is coordinated so as to meet the requirements of both the University of the Aegean and Royal Holloway, University of London, ensuring transparency, equal treatment, and alignment with the quality standards of the two institutions.
