Dr. Asmat Moanaghan is a Lecturer and researcher at the School of Business and Management, Royal Holloway, University of London. He holds a PhD in Management from Royal Holloway, University of London, an MSc in Business Systems Integration (SAP Technology) from Brunel University, and a BSc in Computing Science from Paisley College of Technology, Scotland.
His research focuses on Artificial Intelligence in teaching, learning and business, Business Analytics, Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLTs), Social Media Analytics, and Text Analytics. His doctoral research explored the use of web-available data to develop macro-level indicators for evaluating humanitarian interventions following disasters, contributing novel frameworks and data models for humanitarian data science.
He has extensive teaching experience in undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, delivering courses in Enterprise Systems (SAP), Business Process Applications, Information Systems, Social Media and Web Analytics, Operations Management, Business Intelligence, Data Visualisation, and Quantitative Methods.
