Dr. Michalis Papazoglou is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Financial and Management Engineering at the University of the Aegean. His main interests lie in the areas of innovation systems, regional innovation, innovation policy, and sustainable innovation with considerable experience in both quantitative and qualitative research projects. Michalis’ constant and overarching research aim is to develop insights concerning innovation phenomena at the organizational or regional level that, in one way or another, would be beneficial for society and the environment. His research has been published in leading international innovation journals such as Research Policy and Technovation.
